If something went wrong with an order, email us and include:

- The email address used at checkout
- Photos of the item and the packaging, if there is a problem with either

Product questions
Before you order, we are glad to help with sizing, weight, materials, or a specific detail you cannot see clearly in the listing. Just email us with the product name. We will send extra photographs or measurements.
One note on measurements: these are traditional-style objects, so small variations between pieces are normal. We publish the measurements we have for each item, and if you need to know how something will sit in a specific space, ask before you order.
Wholesale and collaboration
We work with a small number of stockists and with people running projects that sit alongside ours. If you are interested, email us with a short description of your work, your location, and what you would like to order. We reply selectively, usually within a few days.
