If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data only when we have a valid legal basis under GDPR Article 6 or UK GDPR Article 6:

  1. Contract — to fulfill our agreement with you when you place an order (taking payment, shipping, returns, customer support)
  2. Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and other legal requirements
  3. Consent — for marketing emails, non-essential cookies, and anything else where we ask for your explicit opt-in (you can withdraw consent at any time)
