Long knotted earrings in a meadow palette — woven multicolor, in the pattern of old festival braid.
Long drop earrings built from cotton-linen wrapped into traditional Chinese frog knots. Each drop stacks three small knots in a multicolor weave above a hand-finished embroidered cloth bell, finished with a green glass bead.
The story
Frog-knotting is the small everyday craft of southern China — the looped-cord technique that fastens traditional garments. We use it in jewelry because the color sits in the fiber (so it doesn't print off) and the weight is honest: twenty grams, all day.
What makes it special
- Long drop — sits at the jawline, frames the face
- About 20 g the pair — light enough for an office day
- Silver-tone hook fittings, easy on sensitive ears
- Multicolor cotton-linen — color is woven in, not printed on

The pair that goes with khaki, oat, white, and most earthy knits. Works for spring linen, autumn sweater weather, and everything in between.
Care
Store flat in the pouch. If a knot loses shape, dampen the cord lightly and reshape with your fingers. Avoid soaking — the embroidered bell is cotton.
